Job Description: Account Manager at LubeCon USA

We are hiring an Account Manager for the LubeCon USA team to grow sales of our premium products, equipment, and services for existing and new accounts. This is a home-based position covering Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and the Kansas City Metro area, with travel required throughout the territory. The ideal candidate resides near the Kansas City metro and possesses sales skills and mechanical knowledge to service and install equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio.
  2. Install and service LubeCon lubrication equipment at customer locations.
  3. Provide detailed service reports to customers.
  4. Develop relationships and demonstrate value with key contacts within customer organizations.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and accounts.
  6. Enhance existing business to increase profitable growth.
  7. Manage pricing for designated customers.
  8. Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and update information in our CRM system.
  9. Occasional nights or weekends may be required; compensatory time will be provided.
  10. Exhibit safety leadership and ensure compliance.
  11. Support finance team with credit and cash collection processes.
  12. Travel overnight 25%-50% monthly.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B and industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Willingness and ability to perform mechanical service work with light equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and sales CRM software.

Successful candidates will have a proven record in sales and account management, with experience in growing new business and maintaining existing clients. The role involves learning and maintaining conveyor chain maintenance equipment, with training provided. LubeCon offers autonomy in managing business growth and daily activities.
