Job Summary

As an Account Manager at Lowen Corporation, you are responsible for obtaining new customer accounts and servicing current customer accounts.

Essential Functions

• Call on customers at their place of business.
• Handle all aspects of customer’s needs.
• Obtain quotes from home office for each order.
• Enter data into computer to generate quotes for customers.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
• Inform customers of shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
