ONWARD SEARCH is seeking an Account Manager to support a dynamic team on retail-focused projects. The role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities to serve as the primary contact for designated teams.

You will develop and maintain relationships with business decision-makers, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with business and creative teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder alignment is maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years in account management or client services in a creative or media environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, on MAC or PC.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicts.
