We are seeking an organized, communicative, and client-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of social media subscription accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the day-to-day business and operational needs of each account, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, an understanding of social media and digital advertising, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

• Manage a portfolio of social media subscription accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure consistent, proactive, and timely client communication.
• Understand client goals, needs, and expectations and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase account value.
• Educate clients on additional services and higher-value subscription options.

Performance Reporting:

• Monitor client account performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze customer performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide clients with clear performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Work with clients to establish and maintain appropriate KPIs and performance goals.
• Help translate social media performance into meaningful business insights for clients.
• Manage and maintain customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Set up billing, contracts, and other required client paperwork.
• Input advertising and budget information into internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders, budgets, and campaign details are accurate.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues that could impact client campaigns or billing.

Internal Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure accurate and timely placement of social content and advertising.
• Communicate client feedback, requests, and priorities to the social team.
• Help establish and maintain efficient workflows for managing a high volume of client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations, budgets, and deadlines are clearly understood and met.
