Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC. In this position, the Account Manager will handle day-to-day customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, explaining coverage options, and providing quotes for insurance products. The role involves managing policy changes, processing renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation in agency systems. The Account Manager will proactively follow up with prospective and existing customers, identify opportunities for additional coverage, and support sales and retention goals. This role also includes collaborating with team members to resolve issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and uphold compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Sales aptitude, including comfort discussing insurance and financial products, identifying customer needs, and supporting agency growth goals.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing multiple accounts, maintaining accurate records, and following established processes.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer situations, recommend appropriate solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of office software and customer management systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in insurance or business are a plus.
