Schneider National in Green Bay is seeking an Account Manager to lead a team bridging Commercial Sales and Customer Service. You will execute a business plan to ensure your team’s metrics related to revenue, volume and service are achieved.

You will coach customer service associates, deliver an outstanding customer experience, support sellers with account plans and visits, and continuously analyze and improve systems and processes to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Two plus years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Leadership, mentoring or coaching experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
