Job Description

Customer-focused industrial solutions provider that helps manufacturers, distributors, and e-commerce companies improve operational efficiency through customized packaging materials, equipment, inventory management programs, and process improvement initiatives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted business partner.

Identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.

Managing inventory and supply programs to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve customer challenges.

Supporting strategic account planning and executing growth initiatives alongside leadership.

Preparing and presenting business reviews, performance updates, and account activity reports.

Monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing escalations, and assisting with collections when needed.

Contributing to marketing efforts and broader business development objectives.

Analyzing customer needs and market trends to develop recommendations that create measurable value.

Strong experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
