We are hiring a remote Account Manager! You'll be the driving force behind client happiness and revenue growth. You'll juggle relationships, spot opportunities like a hawk, and collaborate across teams to deliver top-tier service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of our services. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, manage the sales process from discovery to delivery, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account management.

The Details:

  • Location: REMOTE
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, regular business hours
  • Pay: $90K - $95K annually

What You'll Be Doing:

Revenue Growth

  • Identify and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Implement contract rate adjustments based on CPI and other economic indicators.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from needs assessment to proposal development and project handoff.
  • Support marketing initiatives and enhance client engagement through digital channels.

Client Lifecycle Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Client Technology Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive revenue through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and hardware sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Oversee contract renewals and ensure timely, accurate processing.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular activity reports.
  • Monitor and report on project and recurring revenue quotas to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • 3-5 years of account management in an MSP environment.
  • Ability to present effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities.
