About the Role

The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager will lead client management duties for a VIP book of business. This active book includes many long-standing legacy accounts. The role requires high organization, direct workflow management, delegation to account coordinators, and handling escalated issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain solid client relationships while managing service delivery
• Address client questions and oversee daily account responsibilities such as coverage, billing, collections, policy changes, and application processing
• Communicate with carriers and report on new business, renewal pricing, and coverage options

Skills & Experience
