Responsibilities
Maintain a portfolio of 175-200 small business clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Provide exceptional customer service and support primarily over the phone by making up to 30 outbound calls per day.
Use a deep understanding of client business objectives to communicate the value of our products and craft tailored strategies that drive their success.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell supplementary offerings that meet clients’ evolving requirements.
Conduct monthly check‑ins to gather feedback, address concerns, and monitor client usage and engagement to implement targeted retention initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide insights to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure timely solutions.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
