Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Medical Sales professional in Maryland to manage and grow existing customer relationships in a field-based territory. You will provide hands-on account support, troubleshoot customer needs, and help protect and expand business across your region.

This role offers a solid base salary, uncapped commissions, a $5K sign-on bonus, a monthly vehicle stipend, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) benefits, with a clear path to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 1+ year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-facing experience.
