Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive service growth across our Albuquerque area portfolio.

You will regularly visit client sites, address concerns, train field staff, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and clear communication that reinforces our Service Heart value.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.
• Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
