Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

As an Account Management Specialist on the digital media team, you'll be a vital support for your team members in programmatic campaign execution. You'll own project management and coordination across various internal Epsilon cross-functional teams, ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns. Ensuring client happiness and dedication is key in achieving client goals in a dynamic work setting, making your role crucial.

This role reports to a manager within the digital media team and will involve daily collaboration with numerous internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, ad operations, analytics, and client services.

A top candidate would want this job for several compelling reasons. This expertise will enable you to ensure detailed digital media execution and help clients consistently meet their marketing objectives. You'll build and champion strong, positive relationships with diverse internal cross-teams and gain valuable experience in direct client communication.     • Campaign Launch Execution, Process & Project Management:
    • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management tools and processes.
    • Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines.
    • Experience facilitating daily coordination across internal teams.
    • Capable of assisting with campaign launches and conducting Quality Assurance checks.
    • Campaign Delivery & Performance:
    • Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities.
    • Ability to track and evaluate program performance.
    • Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting.
    • Client Promotions:
    • Capable of being responsible for and maintaining client promotions.
    • Ability to build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail.
    • General Skills:
    • Excellent client service competence with strong presentation and writing skills.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
    • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to provide solutions.

Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
