About the role:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Supplies and Parts, the Supplies Account Management Specialist drives revenue growth by selling or renewing products, systems, and services via phone and digital channels. You’ll manage a defined territory or accounts, generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This is a hybrid role based in Wood Dale, IL, with 3 days per week in the office, part of the North America Commercial Organization.

Typical daily activities include:

  • Nurturing long-lead projects with existing and new customers to drive revenue (no cold calling)
  • Using value-selling techniques to communicate Videojet’s technology benefits
  • Managing pricing strategies and supporting account growth
  • Building and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities within current customers
  • Contributing to quarterly sales goals through proactive sales calls

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 1–2 years sales or new business development experience
  • Proficiency with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • Ability to leverage persuasive communication to unlock growth
