About Our Client:

Our client is a stable and growing global manufacturer seeking an experienced Account Manager (not sales focused) to support and provide full cycle customer service delivery. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional with strong communication, customer service mind-set, and follow-up to join a dynamic, collaborative team.

Job Description:

The Account Manager will oversee customer orders and maintain communication throughout the lifecycle of each project. This role involves ensuring accurate order management within CRM, working with internal teams on delivery logistics, and improving workflow efficiencies within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for customers, managing communication and problem-solving throughout the order process.
  • Oversee order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while monitoring any capacity constraints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to confirm delivery timelines and manage logistics.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims, providing professional and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Account Management or full cycle Customer Service experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment.
  • International business or customer base is preferred
  • Knowledge of complex supply chain and order fulfillment cycle
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP preferred).
