Acushnet Company, home of Titleist and FootJoy, is seeking an experienced Account Lead to unite business, brand, creative, and production teams. You will guide integrated campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand vision, goals, and quality standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, client services excellence, and strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency account management, client services, or integrated leadership in creative, marketing, or production.
• Experience leading complex video, photography, and integrated content productions end-to-end.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
• Strong budget, scope, and agency/vendor relationship management.
• Excellent client relationships and communication, balancing priorities under pressure.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf and Titleist brand.
