Acushnet Company is seeking an Account Lead to partner with brand, creative and production teams to drive integrated campaigns for Titleist and related brands. You will shepherd projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand vision, goals, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget and timeline management, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in agency account management, client services, or integrated project leadership within creative, marketing, or production environments.
• Experience leading complex video, photography, and integrated content productions from planning through execution.
• Experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
