Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and Home Improvement products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales portfolio growth with excellent customer service, accurate quoting, sourcing, and project ownership.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high volume projects.
• Handle post-order follow up, invoicing, and quote requests to resolve customer issues.
