Ross Saxon - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative Team Member to grow the office through meaningful customer relations and proactive marketing of State Farm products. You will help meet customers’ needs while delivering friendly, prompt service.

We value sociable, results-minded individuals with sales experience and strong communication skills, capable of anticipating client needs and building lasting relationships; a Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales assistant, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Aufgaben

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
