Reliable Insurance Agency in Cloquet, MN is seeking a motivated Insurance Support Associate to provide prompt, high-quality service to designated accounts and assist the Account Executive with retention and growth.

You will process change and cancellation requests, document client interactions, and collaborate with Claims, CSRs and team members to keep contact details current and accurate. This role emphasizes cross-selling and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Process change/cancellation requests for clients
• Provide excellent service at all times
• Document all client interactions
• Involved in weekly meetings with Account Managers/CSRs
• Communicate with Claims department on progress of claims detail if needed
• Cross-sell to help build book of business
• Help Account Executive remarket existing policies
• Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information
• Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner
• Review renewal book of business & communicate with Account Executive
