Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager who will manage rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. The role involves delivering and picking up merchandise, maintaining showroom standards, and processing payments while adhering to company policies.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups on assigned routes.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements and exceed performance goals.
