Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and relate to customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations.
