Job summary

Energy CX in Chicago seeks a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals with major CRE firms and manufacturers across the country.

You will prospect proactively via cold calls and emails, build trusted advisor relationships, and articulate Energy CX's unique value proposition in a fast-paced, uncapped commission environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and a proven track record of success.
• Highly personable and able to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated GRIT and consistency in performance.
• Hunter mentality focused on acquiring new logos across categories.
• Base salary will depend on experience; commissions are uncapped.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by managing prospects from discovery through close.
• Develop account plans aligned with Energy CX strategy and identify key decision-makers.
• Build relationships to understand client goals and expand accounts.
• Effectively communicate Energy CX's value proposition to potential customers.
• Own the full sales cycle from exploratory meetings to closing.
