Tradesmen International is seeking an Account Executive to obtain orders and contracts, educate contractors on our value proposition, and bring in new business while maintaining client relationships to boost workforce utilization.

You will build strong relations with clients and field employees, manage sales cycles, and participate in associations to drive opportunities. This role includes commissions and benefits as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and exceeds sales goals set by the Company.
• Communicates detailed Client needs to the Operations team.
• Generates sales leads and prospects for Clients.
• Makes direct sales calls and presentations to Clients at their place of business.
• Educates Prospects and Clients about value of a skilled variable workforce.
• Registers new Clients and educates about benefits and terms of business.
• Collects monies owed Tradesmen and ensures good payment patterns.
• Attends trade associations and networking events.
