As one of our first Account Executives for the UAE market , you’ll play a key role in our expansion across the Middle East. You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with dealerships, car marketplaces, and OEMs across the region.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle across the UAE and broader GCC region
  • Prospect and generate leads via cold outreach, events, referrals, and inbound funnel
  • Deliver tailored demos and proposals aligned with dealer-specific KPIs and challenges
  • Build and manage strong relationships with dealer groups, used car platforms, and OEM partners
  • Represent Spyne at automotive expos and industry events in the UAE
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for seamless execution
  • Maintain an active and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot , with ownership and discipline
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS or automotive tech
  • Strong skills in prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Based in the UAE , with deep knowledge of the local automotive ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical product value simply
  • Experience selling to dealerships, marketplaces, or OEMs is a big plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluent in English ; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across GCC (10–15%)
  • Be part of a market-defining AI product in a $1T+ industry
  • Work with a world-class team across GTM, Product, and Engineering
  • Clear path to growth, ownership, and leadership
