Job summary

No prior telecom experience is required; comprehensive hands-on training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a rapidly growing industry. You will engage customers face-to-face, drive acquisition campaigns, and build lasting relationships while earning performance-based pay and advancement

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Spectrum services through in-person customer engagement and campaigns.
• Support customer acquisition across Arizona's expanding telecom market.
• Educate customers on internet services, packages, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend telecom solutions.
• Manage daily sales activities and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategies.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and leadership training.
