Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative for our Denver Branch in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on selling company products and services via multiple channels, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within the assigned territory.

You will quote prices, process orders, and collaborate with product management and field sales to maximize profitability. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education, sales, and/or customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services offered by TTI. Builds relationships and tailors the sales approach to customer needs.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines to customers in assigned territory.
• Process orders by entering them into the sales database and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Expand product knowledge using all resources to discuss options with customers and sell TTI strengths.
• Follow TTI Total Quality processes to maintain efficient sales cycles and reduce errors.
• Grow the customer base by identifying prospective leads and making cold calls.
• Provide management with sales, marketing, and market strategy information through forecast and activity reports.
