Job Overview

The Account Executive, SMB Sales role at T-Mobile is for ambitious sales professionals passionate about building customer relationships and expanding T-Mobile's reach in underserved markets.

This is a hunter role focused on exceeding sales quotas, acquiring new accounts, and serving small to medium-sized businesses (1-299 employees). You will prospect, cold-call, network, and generate leads within a designated territory, analyze customer needs, and use solution-based selling to close deals.

This position is remote; candidates must be located in Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Prospect, cold-call, and network under supervision.
  2. Customer Needs: Identify needs and recommend solutions like plans, data services, and devices.
  3. Present and Close: Demonstrate solutions and finalize sales.
  4. Skill Development: Improve prospecting, calling, and relationship skills through training.
  5. Sales Approaches: Develop effective proposals and solutions.
  6. Sales Automation: Use CRM tools to manage activities and forecasts.
  7. Customer Base: Maintain and grow within your territory.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required).
  • Superior customer service and attention to detail (Required).
  • Excellent communication skills (Required).

Travel required: Yes

Compensation

Total target cash pay range: $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives. Base pay range: $43,080 - $77,640. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
