T-Mobile seeks an Account Executive for SMB Sales to drive customer relationships and exceed sales quotas in underserved markets. This remote role focuses on lead generation, solution-based selling, and maintaining a growing customer base. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

The Account Executive, SMB Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, driven sales professionals passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets.
This is a true hunter role where you can exceed sales quotas, acquire new accounts, and revolutionize the wireless industry with small and medium-sized businesses (1-299 employees). In this role, you'll achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads within an assigned geographic territory. You'll analyze customer needs, use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile's value, tailor recommendations, and close deals.
While this position is remote, only candidates located in Wisconsin will be considered for this role.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. For pay details based on location, visit this link.
