Bullhorn, based in Boston, is hiring for a sales role that blends individual ownership with strong coaching and growth. You will own your patch, build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, and close new business with staffing firms, using industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor.
The position is hybrid—three days a week in Boston office—with clear progression and mentorship from a Regional Sales Manager. Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or tech/SaaS sales is a real head start.
Bullhorn's core purpose is to create an incredible customer experience, and the organization has a sharp focus on delivering very high quality products and services to its customers. The company culture is shaped by five Core Values: Ownership, Energy, Speed & Agility, Service, and Being Human. Each value, and its underlying definition, serves as a behavioral guide for employees as they interact with customers and fellow coworkers and is an embedded way of operating across our organization. Bullhorn is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where hard work and outstanding results are rewarded and celebrated. We value those that exhibit an eagerness to learn and a strong natural desire for continuous improvement and we encourage team members to stretch themselves, acknowledge challenges and learn from them. With a strong focus on growth, we provide ample opportunities for career development and prioritize promoting from within. We believe that leaders should care deeply about the development of their employees at all levels, emphasizing emotional intelligence and accountability. Our leaders collaborate closely to ensure the success of their teams, and we work together to achieve shared goals, creating a challenging and rewarding workplace for everyone.
Please note - this role is hybrid (three days per week in office) so we are only considering candidates within commutable distance of Boston.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a career in sales, not just take a job — Bullhorn has a genuine track record of developing Account Executives into senior sales talent, and promoting from within. Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, you'll own your patch like it's your own business: your pipeline, your targets, your strategy for winning it. You'll be finding, developing, and closing new business with staffing and recruitment firms, using your growing expertise in the industry to become a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. This is a hybrid role, three days a week in our Boston office — we're only considering candidates within commuting distance.
