Halona Talent Acquisition, LLC is hiring an Account Executive to represent DefenAge PRO Exclusive, a professional medical-grade skincare line sold through dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and MedSpas. The role is a 1099 commission-based position focused on opening new accounts across an IL/IN territory.

You should have skincare sales experience, existing relationships with dermatologists or MedSpas, and be a self-directed hunter comfortable presenting in person and via Zoom.

Job Summary

We’re hiring an Account Executive (Sales Representative) to represent DefenAge PRO Exclusive, a professional medical-grade skincare line sold only through licensed medical practices (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, MedSpas) — never online or retail.

This is a 1099, commission-only role focused on opening new accounts across an IL/IN territory.

You’re a fit if you:

• Have sales experience in skincare, beauty, or medical aesthetics
• Have existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or MedSpas
• Bring an existing book of business (a plus, not required)
• Are a self-directed hunter who enjoys opening new doors
• Are comfortable presenting in person and via Zoom
• Are comfortable using CRM tools and digital documentation

Compensation:

• New accounts: 25% commission (first 3 months), 20% thereafter
• Inherited accounts: 20% commission
• Paid monthly; potential future W-2 opportunities as the company grows

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$150,000, commission-based; actual earnings vary based on account development and sales performance.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
