Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking an aggressive sales professional to build a medical aesthetics territory in the United States. You will establish physician and practice relationships, open new accounts, and drive revenue growth across plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine.

The role offers a $100K base with uncapped commissions and potential to earn $300K+ in first year, along with mileage reimbursement, full benefits, 401(k), PTO and an expense package.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of successful B2B Sales experience, preferably within Medical Aesthetics.
• Established relationships within Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and/or Aesthetic Medicine is a plus.
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals.
• Proven success with new business development and account acquisition.
• Hunter mentality and drive to own the territory and the number.
• Experience selling aesthetic devices, injectables, professional skincare, or related products preferred.

Responsibilities

Our client is a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company with a differentiated product portfolio and a strong commitment to innovation, physician education and practice growth.

They are expanding their presence and are looking for a proven sales professional to build the territory, open new accounts and drive meaningful revenue growth across Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

Compensation:

• Commission from the First Dollar of Sales
• Commission accelerators up to approximately 20%
• Uncapped Commissions
• $300K+ Year 1 Earning Potential

The Opportunity:

This is a true territory-building sales position — not a maintenance role.

You will be responsible for:
