Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive (SaaS Sales, SMB Focus) to join our growing team. In this full-cycle sales role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing small-to-medium business (SMB) accounts. This role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to build lasting relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage all aspects of the sales process from outbound prospecting and discovery calls to demos, negotiation, and closing.
  2. Acquire New SMB Clients: Actively source, engage, and close new SMB opportunities within the design and construction space.
  3. Drive Pipeline Growth: Maintain a healthy, high-velocity sales pipeline.
  4. Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: Understand client workflow challenges and position Design.efficiently as the solution.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  6. Expand Existing Accounts: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
  7. Collaborate with Leadership: Share market feedback and insights to help shape sales strategies and product improvements.
  8. Contribute to Sales Process Improvements: Optimize outreach strategies, refine messaging, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Stay Informed: Keep current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven record of closing new business.
  2. Experience selling to SMB clients; familiarity with the architecture, design, or construction sectors is a plus.
  3. Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mentality.
  4. Ability to manage a fast-moving, high-volume pipeline.
  5. Expertise in solution-based, consultative selling.
  6. Skilled in negotiation and closing.
  7. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  8. Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
Desirable Skills
  1. Previous experience selling SaaS solutions in the design, architecture, or construction industry.
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
