In this full-cycle sales role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing small-to-medium business (SMB) accounts. This role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage all aspects of the sales process from outbound prospecting and discovery calls to demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Acquire New SMB Clients: Actively source, engage, and close new SMB opportunities within the design and construction space.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Maintain a healthy, high-velocity sales pipeline.
- Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: Understand client workflow challenges and position Design.efficiently as the solution.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Expand Existing Accounts: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Share market feedback and insights to help shape sales strategies and product improvements.
- Contribute to Sales Process Improvements: Optimize outreach strategies, refine messaging, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay Informed: Keep current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven record of closing new business.
- Experience selling to SMB clients; familiarity with the architecture, design, or construction sectors is a plus.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mentality.
- Ability to manage a fast-moving, high-volume pipeline.
- Expertise in solution-based, consultative selling.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
