Embroker is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to enhance their Direct Sales channel. This remote role focuses on converting leads, advising clients on tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a consultative sales environment and deliver outstanding service while working collaboratively with the team.

This is a fully remote position.

Base Salary: $85,000–$125,000* + Variable Compensation + Equity
*Actual base salary is dependent on experience and geographic location.
Position Overview
The Account Executive plays a key role in driving the growth of Embroker’s Direct Sales channel by converting qualified inbound leads and advising prospective clients on tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for solving client challenges. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and methodical in managing pipeline activities to ensure reliable forecasting and consistent progress toward team goals. As a front-line representative of Embroker’s insurtech platform, the Account Executive helps deliver a modern, client-focused buying experience that aligns with our mission to simplify and improve business insurance.
