We’re looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused sales professional to grow our presence in an assigned territory within the multi-family industry. You’ll lead strategic account planning, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-value solutions that drive growth.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify new leads and nurture existing accounts
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend solutions
  • Travel within your region (up to 25%) for client meetings and industry events

Your profile

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience working independently in a remote role
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals
  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or property management is a plus
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for growth

This position has a target base salary of:

$75,000.00

This position has a target base salary of:

$75,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$55,000.00
