C3TB is seeking an Account Executive to win new business in the Tampa area. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle; no IT industry experience is required as training will be provided.

You’ll generate new business through cold outreach, schedule meetings, develop solutions with technical experts, close Managed IT Services agreements, and maintain a healthy pipeline with uncapped commissions (OTE $120k–$130k+).

Formación

• Proven success in new-business development or hunter sales.
• Ability to generate your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, consistent, and comfortable with accountability.
• A willingness to learn Managed IT Services and technology solutions.
• Previous IT or MSP experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.

We are partnering with a growing IT services organization seeking a driven Account Executive focused exclusively on winning new business. No IT industry experience is required—the company will provide training on its technology solutions and services.
