Job summary

Carta, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Carta Law in New York. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to evangelize the law-focused product suite and close high‑value opportunities with asset managers and fund CFOs.

The role requires navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder deals and building relationships with legal services clients. Equity, a market salary, and commissions plans are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling into legal, financial services, or alternative assets.
• 3+ years of legal experience in a corporate law firm is also acceptable.
• Proven ability to sell to legal/compliance leaders, fund managers, or asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate business impact of Carta Law to CIOs, GCs and CFOs of asset managers.
• Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify opportunities.
• Own sales cycles end-to-end from outbound prospecting to close.
• Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting within legal services and fund administration.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
• Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve goals long and short term.
