Job summary

CivicPlus is seeking an Account Executive for the PDF Accessibility team to engage hundreds of local government districts and educational bodies, explaining how our cutting-edge PDF accessibility technology saves time, money, and reduces risk while ensuring ADA compliance.

You will source leads, conduct virtual demos, and navigate complex regulatory requirements, collaborating with support and product teams to continuously improve solutions and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum in a quota-carrying sales role with proven goal attainment.
• Prior SaaS selling experience preferred.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Ability to uncover prospect pains and map them to CivicPlus offerings.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on laws affecting how districts operate online, including transparency and ADA requirements.
• Source new leads, conduct outreach via email/phone, run virtual product demonstrations, and negotiate to close deals.
• Collaborate with customer support and product teams to improve solutions based on customer needs.
• Bring strong knowledge, experience, grit, and analytical capabilities to CivicPlus.
• Consistently strive to crush goals with a passionate, can-do team.
