Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at Aardy, you will manage relationships with media partners and execute successful paid media campaigns. Your skills in partnerships, campaign management, and data analysis will help clients achieve results and support our growth. This is a remote role, with a preference for those currently residing in Miami, FL. You will report to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
- Serve as the main contact, answer questions, and explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate to develop marketing plans aligned with Aardy’s goals.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads) focused on high ROI and growth.
- Manage budgets, test ad variations, and optimize campaigns for best results.
- Track performance and refine campaigns to meet or exceed goals.
Reporting and Insights:
- Create clear reports using tools like Excel, Looker, Mixpanel, SQL, Python, or PowerBI.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with creative, content, data, and tech teams for seamless campaign delivery.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve issues, launch campaigns, and grow efforts.
Growth and Retention:
- Identify new partnership and media opportunities for account growth.
- Enhance customer retention through relationship management and delivering results.
- Utilize email campaigns and similar strategies to maintain client engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing media partnerships and accounts.
- Proven success in high-ROI PPC and social media campaigns, including testing and reporting.
- Experience developing affiliate partnerships and programs.
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in at least two of these tools: Looker, Mixpanel, Power BI.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
- Experience in the travel or insurance industries.

- Salary: $65-80k DOE, negotiable based on location.
