Job summary

S&G Carpet and More is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive / Multi-Family Specialist in Northern California. If you have success in sales, our training program will get you up to speed to become a flooring expert and grow your career. Location: San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Concord, Berkley and Pleasant Hill.

Applicants must live in the territory. Total compensation ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 including a $50,000 base plus commission, a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding thecustomer base.
• Determine, generate and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies.
• Identify ways to attract more prospects.
• Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services.
• Create marketing materials and sales tools that target key decision-makers.
• Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects.
• Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.
