Eon.io, a cloud backup innovator, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in the US (NJ/PA) to build a sales pipeline from scratch, develop relationships with target companies, and close enterprise SaaS deals. You’ll own the end-to-end cycle, delivering value and driving growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of sales experience (4+ in enterprise), proven prospecting and negotiation skills, and a track record of win-win outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise sales.
• Proven success in prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing deals, particularly in Enterprise SaaS.
• You excel at building trust and long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• You’re passionate about acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• You have strong experience negotiating complex deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building sales from the ground up, developing relationships with the companies we work with, finding new business opportunities, and delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the backup industry, a strong background in enterprise sales, and a history of working with products that make a real difference for businesses.

The annual base salary range is $160,000 – $180,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
