The Opportunity

The Molecular Account Executive role covers Georgia and Alabama, selling Alinity M and reagents to healthcare facilities including hospitals, labs, and clinics. It involves strategic sales, new business development, and account management focusing on expanding menus and customer loyalty.

What You’ll Work On
  • Engaging multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, to expedite decisions.
  • Managing and developing accounts according to strategic plans.
  • Implementing best practices, gaining customer insights, and driving business growth.
  • Business planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Building trust and partnerships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Anticipating sales shortfalls and developing contingency plans.
  • Managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 years sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business planning, attention to detail, and CRM skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Decision-making based on analysis and experience.

The base pay ranges from $75,300 to $150,700. Actual pay may vary by location.
