The Opportunity

The Molecular Account Executive role covers Georgia and Alabama, focusing on selling Alinity M and reagents to healthcare facilities such as hospitals, IDNs, reference labs, and women's health clinics. This strategic sales position involves expanding existing accounts and developing new business, emphasizing customer loyalty and contract renewal.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to facilitate decision-making
  • Manage and develop accounts based on strategic plans
  • Implement best practices and leverage customer insights to drive growth
  • Develop business plans and prioritize activities effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives
  • Build trust and partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and proposing mutually beneficial solutions
  • Anticipate sales challenges and implement contingency plans
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving capital equipment
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics, core laboratory, point of care, or medical device industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% within the US

Compensation

The base salary ranges from $75,300 to $150,700, depending on location and experience.

Additional Details

Location: United States (Remote), with travel required. Work shift: Standard. Travel: 50%.
