But what’s the role?
We are looking for a motivated and proven Account Executive with proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity product sales, to target enterprise accounts across Midwest & Texas.
Sounds great – what will I do?
- Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales process and opportunities to secure commercial opportunities for the watchTowr Platform.
- Work with commercial leadership to build accurate sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, then execute a plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account in your assigned industries.
- Articulate our value proposition and product capability to influence and guide key decision‑makers, ultimately establishing watchTowr’s credibility.
- Align strategy and approach to overarching business goals – we are aggressive and want you to be too.
- Ensure that all customer requirements are met, in line with watchTowr’s standards of quality, throughout the entire commercial process.
Sounds perfect – what specifics are you looking for?
- 5+ years of B2B/enterprise cybersecurity direct sales experience, in fast‑paced and empowering environments – either product or consultancy.
- Experience in direct cybersecurity technology sales with enterprise accounts.
- Experience in highly‑regulated markets historically (banking, insurance, etc.) in a direct‑sales capacity.
- Understanding of the buying cycle of both senior stakeholders (CXOs) and how enterprise procure technology.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, current status‑quo of how organisations test themselves for cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and market competitors within this category.
- Experience managing sales team personnel, guiding junior and mid‑level team members to achieve commercial objectives.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments without relying on others to accomplish goals.
- Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies, like the Challenger sale methodology.
- Ability to leverage an existing channel and partner network to fulfil transactions.
- Enjoy working in highly‑motivated teams obsessed with the mission.
