IVV offers modern, artisanal glassware crafted in Tuscany, while Berti produces hand-forged kitchen knives using traditional methods dating back to 1895.

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven, polished, and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years ofsalesexperience in luxury home, interiors, or design with a strong understanding of the high-end retail landscape and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage brands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts in the luxury retail and interior design sectors
  • Cultivate relationships with buyers, showroom managers, and design influencers
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunitiesacross department stores, specialty retailers, and e-commerce
  • Oversee order processing, client communications, and delivery logistics
  • Attend market appointments, trade shows, and key meetingsas needed to represent the brand and drive growth
  • Provide trend and client insights to inform sales strategy and product selections
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support marketing, merchandising, and client services

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of experience in account managementwithin luxury home, interiors, or design
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Strong relationships or familiarity with top-tier retailers, interior designers, and the design trade
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership or C-level executives is astrong plus
  • A genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and heritage brands
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, and excited to grow with a boutique team
