We believe that an organized home creates peace of mind and enhances daily living. Our new custom closet design division pairs our organizing expertise with high-end closet systems, backed by years of experience in New York's luxury home market. We combine best practices with white-glove custom solutions using the industry's finest hardware to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

About the Job

The Closet Design Sales Consultant will spearhead the growth of our new closet design service line. This position provides an in-home customer experience by generating leads, conducting consultations, designing custom closet solutions, and closing sales. This ground-floor opportunity allows you to build and shape a key business division from its early stages, with responsibilities evolving from lead generation to full-cycle sales management.

In this role you will…

  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels (referrals, networking, digital marketing, direct outreach)
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
  • Take precise measurements and gather client requirements
  • Close sales and ensure smooth handoff to installation teams
  • Build relationships with interior designers, contractors, and real estate professionals
  • Track sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth targets
  • Establish a repeatable sales playbook for the division

What we’re looking for…

  • 1-5 years of B2C and/or B2B sales experience with demonstrated results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Detail-oriented with ability to understand and address client needs
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort with technology
  • Passion for home design and organization

Bonus points if you have…

  • Previous experience with CAD or design software
  • Familiarity with closet design, home organizing, construction, or real estate
  • Knowledge of the NYC luxury residential market
