With general direction, sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across various industries. Exercise broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth and operational goals.

Develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, create opportunities, and increase revenue.

Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with customers and prospects.

Represent the eyewear line of business in all sales activities.

Work independently, leveraging team and partners to exceed quotas and achieve balanced product line results.

Apply innovative ideas and solutions to customer business problems by understanding their needs.

Maintain current knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Identify and communicate future customer requirements and feedback to relevant divisions.

Act as liaison between departments and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met. Collaborate with marketing and product development.

Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, record-keeping, and reporting.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three+ years of sales experience with account management, servicing, negotiation, and customer relationships
  • Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with small to medium accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in developing B2B relationships
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and open to new ideas
  • Resourceful team player, trustworthy, and relationship-builder
  • Problem-solver capable of generating solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative
  • Must travel >50% and have a clean driving record

Compensation range: $58,656.00 - $84,025.50. Actual pay based on experience and other factors. May include bonuses and commissions. For details on benefits, click here.
