Job Description

This role is for an Account Executive. We seek someone who adopts a solution-oriented approach to build partnerships with Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) by helping them monetize their payments within their vertical markets. Responsibilities include identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with ISV/VAR partners. The role also involves shaping the company's strategic and financial growth by identifying new opportunities, building potential client databases, establishing partnerships, and growing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payment facilitation and merchant processing.

This is a remote position. The candidate should have a self-starter attitude, high ownership, motivation, and accountability.

Requirements
  • Continuously generate new business leads through prospecting efforts
  • Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Gather and translate functional and business requirements into solution proposals
  • Set and track KPIs for sales operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing business
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities to increase revenue
  • Have a complete understanding of our product and deliver professional demonstrations
  • Conduct effective sales presentations
  • Update clients on product modifications and enhancements
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports as needed
  • Collaborate with product management and other departments to incorporate client feedback into future releases
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in merchant acquiring, selling merchant services to ISVs/VARs, and integrated partners
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with knowledge of merchant processing and pricing
  • Deep knowledge of financial/payment solutions technology
  • Experience with CRM tools, Excel, MS Project for tracking and managing deliverables and risks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
