Job description

BW Walch is seeking a driven, high-energy Account Executive in the Southeast to grow sales of our high school math curriculum and OGAP professional development solutions across an assigned territory. This is a remote, territory-based role focused on selling to schools, districts, and state education agencies. Moderate travel is expected, but the role is primarily work from home.

We are looking for a true seller—someone who understands the K–12 market, builds relationships quickly, creates demand through consistent outbound activity, and knows how to turn pipeline into revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a defined sales territory
  • Prospect aggressively and build pipeline through outbound activity
  • Sell BW Walch’s high school math curriculum and OGAP professional development solutions
  • Build relationships with district leaders, curriculum directors, school administrators, and state-level decision makers
  • Win new business and expand existing accounts
  • Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, from outreach to close
  • Manage territory plans, forecasts, and CRM activity
  • Travel within territory for customer meetings, conferences, and events as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, preferably in K–12 math education
  • Strong understanding of the school district and state education sales process
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
  • Comfortable with a heavy outbound sales motion
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
  • Competitive, motivated, and energized by building something
  • Candidate lives in FL, GA, or SC
Who Will Thrive Here

This role is built for someone who loves sales and wants to be rewarded for performance.

We are not looking for someone overly focused on base salary. We are looking for someone who sees a strong product, believes in its effectiveness, and knows that with enough activity, discipline, and sales skill, they can create demand and deliver a strong year.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Take initiative and create your own opportunities
  • Bring a high level of energy, ownership, and consistency to your sales activity
  • Are comfortable learning quickly and improving through repetition and coaching
  • Can balance strong outbound effort with the ability to listen, learn, and adapt your approach to different district stakeholders
  • Build relationships quickly and establish credibility with education leaders
Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings: $180,000+
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Strong upside for high performers
  • High-growth opportunity
