Do you have a demonstrated history of working with prospects and guiding them through the sales process? Are you known for being a client’s “go-to person”? You are a seasoned SaaS sales professional who genuinely cares about people—their needs, their desire to succeed—and you are motivated to help them reach their goals. Simply put, you are the person who gets clients across that finish line!

If this sounds like you, perhaps our Account Executive role is your next big career move! You will focus on inbound opportunities in the small to medium-sized business space for Absorb and will help prospects through the sales funnel. You’ll leverage your impeccable relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and communication prowess to represent Absorb during negotiations and close contracts.

Lastly, you are not someone who shies away from a challenge! In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you’ll work with the sales operations team to ensure success and drive a stronger business for Absorb and its partners.

Absorb Culture - Absorb LMS

What you’ll do:

  1. Contact prospects via phone, email, or face-to-face to complete sales.
  2. Collaborate with support and technology teams to become an expert in Absorb LMS and the learning management landscape.
  3. Demonstrate Absorb LMS functionalities and provide pricing options to prospects.
  4. Present quotes with approval and forward order forms internally.
  5. Assist with accounts receivable collections if necessary.
  6. Maintain and develop customer relationships through support and liaison with internal staff.
  7. Use contact activities tools and systems, updating relevant information regularly.
  8. Monitor market and competitor activities, providing reports and insights.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS/software sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong phone presence with multiple calls and meetings daily.
  • Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Psychology (asset, not required).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
